After the laying is completed, find the rules for the anchor bolts. Strictly position according to the axis and elevation provided.
Find the rules: It is required that all anchor bolts are aligned in position, and after placing the steel column, it should be in a straight line
The welding of anchor bolts should be firmly connected while ensuring the axis and elevation. The bottom of the screw and the bottom of the bolt should be cross welded firmly with the main reinforcement. Shake the bolts for inspection after welding is completed.
Installation of platform beams and steel columns
When hoisting steel columns, the foundation nuts should be leveled in advance. During hoisting, no one is allowed to stand within the lifting range of the crane. After the steel columns are basically in place, people should install them. The anchor nut should be tightened.
Lifting of steel beams after assembly: After the construction of steel column tie rods/column supports is completed, the steel beams will be lifted.
Roof purlins are divided and bolts are installed. Use Z-type for large spacing and C-type for small spacing.
Install roof panels
Installation of inner wall panels: The panels are parallel to the steel columns, and attention should be paid to the joints between the two panels not being too large. Self tapping nails should be straight, the board should be flat and straight, and the spacing between self tapping nails should be consistent
